Dance Faculty & Instructors

Upper Level Acro Teacher
We're seeking an experienced Acro instructor to teach our upper level Acro class, Thursdays at 8:00pm.
Finance Admin
We're looking for a detail-obsessed Finance Admin to run day-to-day financial operations across two thriving dance studios — payroll, accounts receivable, tuition billing, and profitability reporting — with minimal oversight required.
Schedule
- Monday: 8:00am–4:00pm
- Tuesday & Wednesday: half-days (8/9:00am–12/1:00pm)
- 15 hours/week total, same 3 days every week
You Are
- A strong numbers person — comfortable with reconciliation, billing, and reporting
- Highly organized and detail-oriented — catches discrepancies before they're problems
- Responsive and independent — keeps things moving without being chased
- A "High C" (Conscientiousness) DISC profile — analytical, precise, process-driven
Bonus Points
- Experience with JackRabbit, payroll systems, or studio/business operations
- A personal connection to dance (former dancer, dance parent, etc.)

Director of Development
Help us build the philanthropic engine behind Austin's newest performing arts center — from the ground up. No inherited donor list. No playbook. Just a blank canvas and a big mission.
What You'll Own
- Fundraising strategy — annual giving, major gifts, Founders Circle, naming opportunities
- Institutional giving & grants — building the pipeline and calendar from scratch
- Board development — recruiting, governance structure, giving participation
- Corporate partnerships & sponsorships
- Donor CRM implementation and relationship management
- Launch leadership through opening day (June 2026 onward)

- Board-savvy and well-connected in the Austin community
Ideal Background
- Nonprofit advancement leadership, university or hospital foundation development

First-Year Goals
- Donor CRM fully implemented and populated
- Founders Circle launched with first donors enrolled
- 100–250 qualified donor prospects identified
- Active grant and sponsorship pipeline established

PAC Manager
Run the day-to-day of a premier new performing arts venue — from event load-ins to vendor contracts to building the front-of-house team that makes every show feel seamless.
What You'll Own
- Daily facility operations — front-of-house, back-of-house, and technical areas
- Event and performance coordination, including load-ins/load-outs
- Rental agreements, contracts, and client relations
- Annual facility operations budget and vendor negotiations
- Recruiting, training, and supervising staff and volunteers
- Community and partner relationships across Austin's arts scene
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in arts administration, business, theater management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5 years of experience in performing arts facility management, event operations, or arts administration
- Knowledge of technical theater operations (lighting, sound, staging) preferred
- Budget management and contract negotiation experience
Good to Know
Evenings, weekends, and irregular hours are part of the role — it's live event work.
