The Nutcracker Show Day Call Times
Sunday, December 7, 2025 | St. Andrew’s Episcopal School Dell Fine Arts Center
2:30pm (Cast A) and 5:30pm (Cast B)
PLEASE NOTE:
All should arrive at St. Andrew’s no later than their first call time.
Entire cast remains backstage during their show.
Dancers performing in both shows (A & B) may check out from the backstage area during the breaks between shows, however must remain on St. Andrew’s campus and be checked back in by the call times listed below for their next show.
We ask that dancers performing in both shows (A & B) eat prior to arriving on show day and bring a snack/light meal to be eaten during the applicable break(s).

Ticketing
Nutcracker tickets go on sale Monday, November 10 for all Nutcracker classes. Please watch for an email from DRT Performance Tix (no-reply@drttix.com) by 3:00 PM that day. If you don’t see it, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
Your email will include a unique, case-sensitive coupon code for the tickets included in your performance fee. The code is one-time use, so please make sure to select all included seats in a single order before completing checkout. Additional tickets will be available for purchase with Premium and Standard seating options, tickets are expected to sell out, so order early for the best selection!
If you need accessible seating, please contact the Front Desk before placing your order so we can assist.
Call Times
**Please come in full makeup and hair to Dress Rehearsal.**
Please note: Professional photos will be taken at Dress Rehearsal.
Hair & Makeup
Hair should be in a slicked back low bun. Makeup is optional, but we suggest blush, mascara, and lipstick. Costumes must be worn with clean, pink or flesh toned tights and ballet shoes with no holes
