Fine Arts Club

Fine Arts Club is a diverse, all inclusive program for children ages 3-5 (must be potty trained) with a fun and active curriculum which allows children to develop social skills and talents at a young age. Children will participate in dance, yoga, and fitness classes while enjoying music, art and drama lessons.
The goal of the program is to enhance each child’s overall development by advancing gross and fine motors skills and improving social, cognitive, and emotional awareness. The cost will be $390 plus a $25 supply fee for all of our fun activities!

This will be offered on Mondays and Wednesdays, in the fall, from 9AM to noon.

Helpful Things Fine Arts Club Teachers Incorporate:

Cater to Kinesthetics Learners
– Kinesthetic learners tend to fidget and love hands-on activities. We incorporate role-play and plan frequent breaks and transitions to keep them engaged.

Promote Logical Consequences
– Setting logical boundaries and consequences will help teach children life skills at a young age. For example, if a child dumps out a box of toys on the floor, asking them to clean up while they miss out on playtime is a logical consequence. This will help them learn positive behaviors in a classroom setting and reinforce the behavior you want to see.

Encourage Students to Make Friends
– Friendship in early childhood plays a vital role in nurturing the well-being of children. We encourage children to learn the names of others and find commonalities to help contribute to their sense of belonging and self-confidence. When kids feel connected they have better behavior and have more fun.
